Ben’s twin brother is commonly called Bobbie or Bobby.

Not much is remembered by those of us still living. Some remember the day of the funeral, but not the service. Bobbie was lying in a coffin on a table in the parlor of the May place with all curtains closed. It was a comber time even for us very young children.

Bobbie never had a monument, but only the cemetery metal marker. He was placed beside three brothers who had died many years before. Dale, Lewis and Willis who had died at birth.
